MRSC is a statewide resource that provides general legal, finance, and policy guidance to support local government entities in Washington State pursuant to chapter 43.110 RCW.

Their website has a ton of information on everything state government, including citizen initiatives.

Center for Democratic and Environmental Rights (CDER)

CDER provides direct support for organizations & governments around the world, giving strategic advice, drafting legislation and legal research, training and workshops, and on-the-ground support.

CDER was instrumental in assisting us with drafting our model ordinance.

The Global Alliance for the Rights of Nature is a global network of organizations and individuals committed to the universal adoption and implementation of legal systems that recognize, respect and enforce “Rights of Nature.”
